李斌,主任医师,二级教授,医学博士,博士生导师,享受国务院特殊津贴,岐黄学者,上海市名中医,全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,现任上海市皮肤病医院/同济大学附属皮肤病医院院长,同济大学医学院皮肤病研究所所长,上海市中医药研究院皮肤病研究所所长。国家重点研发计划首席科学家(2018年、2024年)、国家卫健委卫生健康技术推广传承应用项目“皮肤病中西医结合诊疗技术”传承项目负责人、上海市重中之重研究中心负责人、上海市领军人才、上海市优秀学术带头人。兼任中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病专业委员会主任委员、中华中医药学会皮肤科分会名誉副主任委员。“十三五”“十四五”“十五五”全国高等医药院校规划教材《中西医结合皮肤性病学》第一主编、《中国银屑病诊疗指南》编委会副主任委员,获上海市劳动模范(先进工作者)、白求恩式好医生、中国医师奖、李时珍医药创新奖。
迄今主持国家重点研发计划2项,国家自然科学基金8项,以通讯作者在Journal of the American Chemical Society、Nature Communications、Advanced Science、Biomaterials、Small等高影响力学术期刊发表论文,授权国家发明专利19项,参编专业著作31部。第一完成人荣获国家教育部科技进步二等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖、华夏医学科技奖三等奖。
2017年至2025年,培养上海市优秀毕业生12名,上海市优秀住院医师4名,国家奖学金10名,宝钢教育奖优秀学生奖3名,各级大学生创新创业奖励29项;专业型硕士在住院医师规范化培训期间获得国家自然科学基金青年项目3项。
Bin Li, Chief Physician, Second-grade Professor, Medical Doctor, Doctoral Supervisor, is a recipient of the Special Allowance from the State Council, a Qihuang Scholar, a Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner of Shanghai, and a National Instructor for the Academic Experience Inheritance Work of Senior TCM Experts. He currently serves as the President of Shanghai Skin Disease Hospital / Tongji University Affiliated Dermatology Hospital, Director of the Institute of Dermatology, Tongji University School of Medicine, and Director of the Institute of Dermatology, Shanghai Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has served as Chief Scientist for the National Key Research and Development Program (2018, 2024) and is the Project Leader for the National Health Commission's Health Technology Promotion and Inheritance Application Project “Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Dermatological Diagnosis and Treatment Technology”. He also leads a Shanghai Municipal Key Research Center and has been recognized as a Shanghai Leading Talent and Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader. His major concurrent posts include Chairperson of the Society of Dermatology of the Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine, and Honorary Vice Chairperson of the Society of Dermatology of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine. He is the First Chief Editor of the “13th Five-Year,” “14th Five-Year,” and “15th Five-Year” national planning textbook “Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Dermatology and Venereology” for higher medical institutions and serves as Vice Chair of the Editorial Committee for the “Chinese Psoriasis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines.” His accolades include Shanghai Model Worker (Advanced Worker), Bethune-style Good Doctor, Chinese Physician Award, and the Li Shizhen Innovation Prize in Medicine.
To date, he has presided over 2 National Key R&D Programs and 8 National Natural Science Foundation projects. As a corresponding author, he has published papers in high-impact academic journals such as Journal of the American Chemical Society, Nature Communications, Advanced Science, Biomaterials, and Small. He holds 19 authorized national invention patents and has contributed to 31 professional books. As the primary completer, he has been awarded the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress by the Ministry of Education, the Second Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Third Prize of Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award.
From 2017 to 2025, under his mentorship, students have received numerous honors including 12 Shanghai Outstanding Graduate awards, 4 Shanghai Outstanding Resident Physician awards, 10 National Scholarships, 3 Baosteel Education Award for Outstanding Students, and 29 various levels of College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship awards. Notably, three of his professional master's degree students obtained National Natural Science Foundation Young Scientist Fund projects during their standardized residency training.
