现任同济大学附属同济医院医学影像科首席专家、同济大学医学院影像研究所所长、中华医学会放射学分会副主任委员,中国医学影像AI产学研用创新联盟副理事长，中国医师协会放射医师分会呼吸学组主任委员，中国研究型医院学会医学影像与人工智能专业委员会副主任委员,中国研究型医院学会放射学专业委员会副主任委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会影像医学分会副主任委员，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会健康大数据和数字化医疗分会副主任委员，中国医学装备协会磁共振成像应用专业委员会副主任委员，国家放射影像专业医疗质量控制中心专家委员会委员兼头颈学组组长，上海市医学会放射学分会第十届委员会主任委员，《中华放射学杂志》《中国医学影像技术杂志》《临床放射学杂志》副主编，《中华医学杂志》等11个专业杂志编委。

He currently serves as the Chief Expert of the Department of Medical Imaging at Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University, and as the Director, Institute of Medical Imaging, Tongji University School of Medicine. His major national leadership roles include Vice President of the Chinese Society of Radiology, Chinese Medical Association; Vice Chairman of the Chinese Medical Imaging AI Industry-Academia-Research Innovation Alliance; and Chair of the Respiratory Group, Radiologist Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association.He also holds the position of Deputy Director on multiple national professional committees, including the Medical Imaging and Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association; the Radiology Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association; the Imaging Medicine Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care (CPAM); the Health Big Data and Digital Healthcare Branch of CPAM; and the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Application Committee of the Chinese Association of Medical Equipment. Furthermore, he is an Expert Committee Member and Head of the Head & Neck Group at the National Medical Quality Control Center for Radiology, and served as the Chairman of the 10th Committee of the Shanghai Society of Radiology.In addition to his clinical and administrative roles, he is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Journal of Radiology, Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology, and Journal of Clinical Radiology, and serves on the editorial boards of 11 other professional journals, including the Chinese Medical Journal.

以项目负责人获国家自然科学基金重大科研仪器研制项目1项、国家科技部重点研发项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、面上项目7项、国家863项目2项、上海市重大、重点研究项目14项等省部级及以上研究课题共36项。获中华医学奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、二等奖、上海市科技进步一等奖、上海医学科技二等奖、军队医疗成果奖二等奖等省部级科技进步奖共计21项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表科技论文674篇，其中SCI论文161篇。主编著作16部、副主编著作17部，获“第五届中国出版政府奖图书奖”。培养了国内外硕、博士生132名。荣获全国“健康卫士”、国务院特殊津贴、“国之名医·卓越建树”、上海市“医德楷模”、上海市“劳动模范”、上海市“五一劳动奖章”、上海市“十佳医技工作者”、上海市“优秀学科带头人”、上海市“先进工作者”、上海市“医务职工科技创新标兵”、上海市卫生系统“先进个人”、上海市“医苑新星”年度优秀导师、同济大学“倪天增奖励金”、同济大学“教学名师”、同济大学“科研工作先进个人”、同济医学院“泰禾卓越医学教育奖”、“十佳研究生导师”等荣誉称号。

As the Principal Investigator, he has secured 36 research projects at or above the provincial/ministerial level, including one Major Research Instrument Development Project from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), one National Key R&D Program of China, one Key Program of the NSFC, seven General Programs of the NSFC, two National 863 Program projects, and 14 major/key research projects in Shanghai. He has received a total of 21 provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards, including the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the First and Second Prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, and the Second Prize of the Military Medical Achievement Award. He has authored or co-authored 674 scientific papers, including 161 SCI-indexed publications. He has served as the editor-in-chief of 16 academic books and as the associate editor-in-chief of 17 books, receiving the "Fifth China Government Publishing Award for Books." In addition, he has supervised 132 master's and doctoral students, including both domestic and international trainees. He has been honored with numerous awards and titles, including the National "Health Guardian" Award, the State Council Special Allowance, the "National Eminent Physician • Outstanding Contributions" Award, the Shanghai "Model of Medical Ethics" Award, the Shanghai Model Worker, the Shanghai May 1st Labor Medal, Shanghai's "Top Ten Medical Technicians," Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader, Shanghai Advanced Worker, Shanghai "Medical Worker Innovation Pioneer," Outstanding Individual of the Shanghai Healthcare System, Outstanding Mentor of the Shanghai "Rising Medical Star" Program, the Tongji University "Ni Tianzeng Award," Tongji University Teaching Excellence Award, Tongji University Outstanding Research Individual, the Tongji Medical College "Tahoe Outstanding Medical Education Award," and the "Top Ten Graduate Supervisors" Award.
