先后主持科研课题17项，其中国家自然科学基金面上项目6项，浙江省自然科学基金2项。发表论文100余篇，其中SCI收录论文近60篇（影响因子2分以上）,与其他研究者合作在Nature Medicine、 mBio及PLoS one等著名杂志发表论文多篇。获中华医学科技奖一等奖和浙江省科学技术奖一等奖各1次（排名第二）、浙江省科学技术奖三等奖一次（排名第一），其他厅市科技奖6次（排名第一）。先后入选浙江省新世纪151人才工程第三、第二及第一层次人才（省部级）以及浙江省卫生高层次创新人才。
He has presided over 17 projects, including 6 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 natural science funds of Zhejiang Province. More than 100 papers were published, including nearly 60 papers (IF>2). He cooperated with other researchers in Nature Medicine, mBio and PLoS one. He had received the first prize of China Medical Science and Technology Award and the first prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award (ranked twice), the third prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award (ranked first), and the other science and technology awards 6 times (ranked first). He has been selected as the third, second and first level talents of the new century 151 talent project in Zhejiang Province (provincial and ministerial level) and Zhejiang senior innovation talent.
