主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委西医类引导项目、上海市卫健委医学新技术与转化种子计划项目和上海市医药发展基金医苑新星等人才项目,并参与了国家“十二五”到“十四五”重大传染病专项项目的研究。研究成果发表在权威期刊上,包括Small,Chemical Engineering Journal,J Clin Microbiol, Emerging Microbes & Infections, Clin Microbiol Infect和Applied Catalysis B: Environmental等杂志。目前已发表论文24篇, SCI收录论文21篇(单篇最高IF=20.3,其中Q1区10篇,第一作者10篇,通讯作者11篇,含共一和共通讯)。其中有14篇是临床病原菌耐药、毒力以及检测诊断有关的研究。10篇是有关鲍曼不动杆菌耐药或是可见光催化纳米材料杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌应用和机制研究的论文。此外,还参与多项专利申请和论著撰写。
Principal Investigator (PI) for multiple competitive grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Fund and General Program), the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Western Medicine Guidance Project, the Shanghai Health Commission Medical New Technology and Transformation Seed Program, and the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Development Fund “Rising Star in Medicine” Talent Program. Actively participated in China’s national “12th Five-Year” to “14th Five-Year” Major Infectious Disease Special Programs. Research outputs have been published in top-tier journals, including Small, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, Emerging Microbes & Infections, Clinical Microbiology and Infection, and Applied Catalysis B: Environmental. To date: 24 peer-reviewed papers published,21 SCI-indexed papers (highest single-paper IF = 20.3), 10 papers in Q1 journals 10 first-author papers 11 corresponding-author papers (including co-first and co-corresponding authorship). Among these, 14 papers focus on clinical pathogen resistance, virulence, and diagnostic detection; 10 papers specifically address Acinetobacter baumannii resistance mechanisms or the application and mechanisms of visible-light-driven photocatalytic nanomaterials for eliminating A. baumannii. Additionally contributed to multiple patent applications and book/chapter authorship.
