乳腺癌临床及与临床相关的应用基础研究。擅长各类乳腺癌的手术治疗，重视兼顾疗效与生活质量的外科手术，特别是新的诊疗技术，包括前哨淋巴结活检术、乳腺癌保乳手术、乳房重建手术、乳头溢液乳管镜检查、乳腺微创活检等，精于乳腺癌多学科的综合治疗和局部晚期乳腺癌的诊治。

Clinical and basic research on breast cancer. Specializes in all types of breast surgery, attention to both efficacy and quality of life surgery, especially the new treatment technology, including the sentinel lymph node biopsy, breast conserving surgery, breast reconstruction surgery, nipple discharge duct endoscopy, minimally invasive breast biopsy, diagnosis and comprehensive expertise in multidisciplinary treatment of breast cancer and locally advanced breast cancer.

曾获得国家留学基金委全额奖学金赴欧洲攻读医学博士学位，参与两项瑞士国家自然基金关于乳腺癌早期诊断方面的研究。博士毕业后继续留任欧洲进行博士后研究工作。近三年以第一/通讯作者（含共同）在Nature Communications（2022）、Nature Cancer（2025）、Advanced Science（2025）等国际权威杂志上发表系列研究论文。主编或副主编书籍10本，专利4项。作为负责人承担科技部重点研发计划（项目骨干）、国家教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、上海青年医师培养资助计划、上海市科委面上项目、同济大学国自然重点培育项目等项目。获同济大学医学院泰禾教师奖；所指导的研究生获得同济大学研究生社会活动奖学金及优秀毕业生称号。近三年指导博士后获得上海市启明星培育（扬帆专项）（2022）、国家自然科学基金青年项目（2024、2025）、国家博士后创新人才支持计划（2025）。

Awarded a full scholarship by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to pursue a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Europe, and participated in two Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) research projects on the early diagnosis of breast cancer. After obtaining the doctoral degree, continued to work in Europe as a postdoctoral researcher. Over the past three years, published a series of research papers as the first/corresponding author (including co-first/co-corresponding author) in international authoritative journals such as Nature Communications (2022)、Nature Cancer (2025)、Advanced Science (2025). Served as chief editor or associate editor for 10 books, and holds 4 patents. As a principal investigator (core member of the project team), undertook projects including the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Scientific Research Startup Fund for Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars of the Ministry of Education of China, the Shanghai Young Physicians Training Support Program, the General Program of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and the Key Cultivation Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China at Tongji University. Won the Taihe Teacher Award of Tongji University School of Medicine; the graduate students guided have received the Tongji University Graduate Social Activity Scholarship and the title of Outstanding Graduate. Over the past three years, the guided postdoctoral researchers have obtained support from projects such as the Shanghai Rising Star Cultivation Program (Yangfan Special Project) (2022), the Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (2024, 2025), and the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program (2025).
