Currently serving as the Director of the Department of Spine Surgery (Southern Branch) at Tongji University Affiliated East Hospital, and Director of the Intervertebral Disc Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, as well as the President of the Geriatric Hospital of Pudong New Area, Shanghai.

主攻脊柱外科的基础和临床,长期聚焦椎间盘退变的修复再生与骨质疏松相关疾病防治策略的研究,于美国斯坦福大学从事博士后研究工作,先后赴美国克利夫兰医学中心、纽约特种外科医院、德国柏林夏洛特大学交流访学。主持国家自然科学基金2项、省部级项目2项、市区级项目6项;参编教材 4 部,授权发明及实用新型专利 6 项;发表学术及教学论文40余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,累计影响因子超 70分;先后入选“浦东新区卫生系统学科带头人培养计划”、“上海市卫生系统优秀青年医学人才培养计划”、“江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人‘领军人才’培养计划”,获上海市新优青、浦东新区岗位能手等荣誉,荣膺第17届上海市卫生系统青年最高荣誉“银蛇奖”。与同济大学再生医学研究所、中国科学院脑科研究所、中国科学院硅酸盐研究所、东华大学生物与医学工程学院、上海大学转化医学研究院长期开展学术研究和成果转化合作。国际上,与德国弗莱堡大学、新加坡国立大学建立稳定的高水平学术战略合作。
Focused on both the basic and clinical research of spinal surgery, with a long-term emphasis on the repair and regeneration of intervertebral disc degeneration and the prevention and treatment strategies for osteoporosis-related diseases. Completed postdoctoral research at Stanford University and conducted academic exchanges at Cleveland Clinic, Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and Charité University in Berlin, Germany.Led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two provincial and ministerial-level projects, and six municipal and district-level projects. Co-authored four textbooks and holds six invention and utility model patents. Published over 40 academic and educational papers, with more than 30 indexed by SCI, accumulating an impact factor exceeding 70. Selected for the "Discipline Leader Training Program" of the Pudong New Area Health System, the "Outstanding Young Medical Talent Training Program" of the Shanghai Health System, and the "Leading Talent Training Program for the Main Academic and Technical Leaders" of Jiangxi Province. Received honors such as Shanghai Rising Stars of Medical Talent and Pudong New Area Skilled Post Expert, and awarded the 17th Silver Snake Award, the highest honor for young professionals in the Shanghai Health System. Maintains long-term academic research and translational collaborations with the Institute of Regenerative Medicine at Tongji University, the Institute of Brain Science at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the College of Biomedical Engineering at Donghua University, and the Institute of Translational Medicine at Shanghai University. Internationally, has established stable, high-level strategic academic partnerships with the University of Freiburg in Germany and the National University of Singapore.
