医学博士、主任医师、博士生导师，同济大学附属东方医院脊柱外科主任、骨外科学教研室主任、大外科教研室常务副主任、浦东新区重点学科及东方医院重点专科脊柱外科学科带头人。现任上海市医学会骨科专科分会脊柱学组组长，上海市医师协会骨科医师分会副会长，中国康复医学会运动系统疾病康复互联网工作委员会副主任委员，上海市中西医结合学会脊柱医学专委会副主任委员，中国医师协会骨科医师分会颈椎专业委员会委员，浦东新区医学会脊柱外科专业委员会主任委员等。

Currently holds the positions of Group Leader of the Spine Group in the Shanghai Medical Association Orthopedics Specialty Branch, Vice President of the Shanghai Physicians Association Orthopedic Physicians Branch, Deputy Director of the Internet Working Committee of the Sports System Disease Rehabilitation Committee of the China Rehabilitation Medical Association, Vice Chairman of the Spine Medicine Special Committee of the Shanghai Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Member of the Cervical Spine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association Orthopedic Physicians Branch, and Director of the Spine Surgery Professional Committee of Pudong New Area Medical Association, etc.
以项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上研究项目4项、上海市科委生物医药重点项目2项、上海市卫生健康委员会等多项课题的研究；发表SCI杂志收录论文80余篇，中文核心期刊100余篇；副主编及参编专著十三部；获省部级成果和科技奖3项。
Four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two key biomedicine projects from the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and multiple fundings from the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission have been undertaken; over 80 papers in SCI-indexed journals and over 100 papers in Chinese core journals have been published; 13 monographs have been edited as associate editor or co-edited; three provincial and ministerial level awards for achievements and scientific and technological innovations have been received.
