主要从事基因编辑技术结合可激活纳米诊疗探针治疗骨科疾病,无接骨板内固定新技术体系的构建和应用,以及骨科人工智能等研究。与美国UT Health San Antonio、新加坡国立大学、中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心、交大医学院、复旦药学院、上海理工大学等有着长期合作关系,擅长细胞生物学、分子生物学、结构生物学、有限元分析、生物力学分析等。主持课题10项,其中国家自然科学基金面上项目2项;以第一作者或通讯作者在J Pineal Res、Biomaterials、Bone、Spine、Int Orthop等发表SCI论著数篇,其中单篇最高15.221分,入选“中国骨科领域高价值国际论文”,全国排名第49名;申请专利27项,授权19项,转让5项。
Our research primarily focuses on gene editing technology combined with activatable nanodiagnostic and therapeutic probes for the treatment of orthopedic diseases, the construction and application of a novel internal fixation system without bone plates, and orthopedic artificial intelligence. We maintain long-term collaborations with institutions such as UT Health San Antonio, National University of Singapore, the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy of Fudan University, and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. Our team is proficient in cell biology, molecular biology, structural biology, finite element analysis, and biomechanical analysis.
We have led 10 research projects, including two General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As corresponding authors or leading contributors, we have published multiple SCI-indexed papers in journals such as Journal of Pineal Research, Biomaterials, Bone, Spine, and International Orthopaedics, with a single highest impact factor of 15.221. Our work has been recognized as "High-Value International Papers in China's Orthopedics Field," ranking 49th nationally. Additionally, we have applied for 27 patents, with 19 granted and 5 transferred.
