2008-2013年在华山医院师从我国著名骨科专家顾玉东院士,系统学习临床和基础科研知识。2011-2012年留学美国著名的梅奥医院(Mayo clinic),师从骨科著名专家Robert Spinner教授,独立完成一项周围神经损伤与修复再生的科学研究项目(周围神经损伤后靶肌微环境变化,美国军事医学研究)。2015年以来先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(FGF6-FGFR4-CaN通路调控骨骼肌肌纤维表型相互转化的作用及其机制研究81401851,,2015-2017)、上海市科学技术委员会自然科学基金面上项目(LncRNA hsaLB_PT_72243/TRA2B对FGF6转录后调控介导骨骼肌损伤后修复的机制研究。20ZR1443200,2020-2023)、同济大学优秀青年人才项目(FGF6--CaN在骨骼肌肌纤维表型相互转化的作用中机制研究,2016KJ056,2016-2019)、上海市第十人民医院攀登人才项目(关节镜下臀肌挛缩髂胫束完全松解术与重建术的临床疗效对比研究,2018-2020)、上海市第十人民医院国家自然基金院内培育目(周围神经损伤后靶肌纤维表型定向转化的机制研究,04.03.19.122,2020-2022)、上海市第十人民医院临床研究青年培育项目(臀肌挛缩发病机制及其关节镜下髂胫束松解术与重建术的临床效果研究。 YNCR2C005)。作为主要完成人参与国家自然科学基金青年基金(外泌体功能化的仿ECM凝胶介导增殖/抗炎修复软骨缺损,802144, 2019-2021)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(肌腱细胞CUL4B/CSTF2T通过Tsp-4时序性调节血管生成影响肌腱病进程的机制研究, 81972095, 2020-2022)、国家自然科学基金青年基金(候选IncRNAs调控脂肪干细胞向髓核分化的作用及机制研究,81401822, 2015-2017)。作为副主译翻译了一本关节镜权威著作《关节镜手术学》已出版,编写《膝关节镜手术技巧》一书。目前作为第一作者及通讯作者发表中英文论文30余篇,其中SCI 20余篇。
I studied with famous orthopaedics academician and professor Dr Yudong Gu, who was my tutor, and learned systemically clinic and experiment during 2008 and 2013 with him; I finished an scientific research (microenvironment changes in target muscle after peripheral nerve injury, American army force medicine research) in America famous MAYO CLINCI, with a famous orthopaedics professor Dr Robert Spinner as my tutor during 2011 and 2012.Since 2015, I have led the National Natural Science Foundation of China Young Scientist (the role and mechanism of FGF6-FGFR4-CAN pathway in regulating the phenotypic intertransformation of skeletal muscle fibers,81401851,,2015-2017) , Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission (the role and mechanism of LncRNA hsaLB_PT_72243/TRA2B to study the mechanism of FGF6 post-transcriptional regulation mediated skeletal muscle repair after injury. 20ZR1443200,2020-2023), Tongji University Excellent Young Talents Program (FGF6--CaN in the interaction of skeletal muscle fiber phenotypes, 2016KJ056, 2016-2019), Climbing Talent Project of Shanghai Tenth People’s hospital (2014-2017); in charge of an study of Outstanding young talents of tongji university (2016-2019, 2016KJ056) in 2016; also attending other three studies during 2013-2015. I translated one important book of arthroscopy in 2017 as a deputy principal translation and in process of publication. I had 11 publications so far as first or corresponding author, including 7 SCI publications.
