专业方向：脊柱外科临床与基础科研。同济大学医学博士，美国RUSH医学中心骨科访问学者，入选上海市浦江人才计划。主要从事脊柱外科临床诊疗、新型骨科医疗设备研发与应用、运动系统退变性疾病的发病机制与治疗性研究等工作。研究成果收录于Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases、European Spine Journal、Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids、Nature communications等国际期刊。作为主要完成人获上海市科技进步奖、华夏医学科技奖各1项，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、上海市生物医药科技支撑专项课题各1项，参与国家级、省部级课题5项。

Specialized area: the clinical and basic scientific research of spine surgery. With a Medical Doctor degree from Tongji University, Dr. Fan was a Visiting Scholar in the Orthopedic Department of RUSH Medical Center, United States and was selected for the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Program. Dr. Fan mainly engaged in the clinical work of spine surgery, the development and application of new orthopedic medical equipment, pathogenesis and therapeutic research of degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, etc. His research was published in journals like Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases, European Spine Journal, Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids, Nature communications, etc. As a main contributor, Dr. Fan received Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award. He is now in charge of one Youth Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China and one Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan Program of Shanghai. In addition, he also participated in another 5 national and provincial level projects.
