研究方向为前列腺癌的早期诊断、个体化治疗及术后康复。于密歇根大学研修光声成像技术对前列腺癌的早期诊断；并于美国约翰-霍普金斯大学研修雄激素代谢在前列腺癌的发生发展中的作用机制。主持、参与前列腺疾病相关国家自然科学基金、科技部重大专项课题等国家级、省部级课题10余项，在J Clin Invest、Cell Rep Med、Clin Cancer Res、Photoacoustics、中华泌尿外科杂志 等期刊发表论著40余篇，获国家专利20余项。
