主持国际横向课题2项，主持GCP临床试验项目6项，参与国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持上海市卫健委课题项目1项，课题组在研经费200余万。发表SCI及核心期刊30余篇，主编主审专著4部，副主编2部，参编参译英文著作3部。目前已带教博士后1名，博士生3名，硕士生3名。
致力于整形美容领域国际学术交流，为国际整形美容领域知名专家。主编《东方微创美容医学》三部曲，提出“人体美学形象的整体设计与构建”理念，形象总结出面部美容的“未来”审美设计和操作方法，以及“加、减、紧、亮、弹”五种微创美容手段。系统化提出依据东方审美、东方解剖特征的、具有东方特色的面部美化年轻化的整体解决方案。提出医学美容三重境界的概念，认为医学美容的最高境界是医学限制条件下的艺术创作的理念——发掘创造求美者潜在的、个性化的生动之美；提出医学美容的最新定义是让人们更年轻、更漂亮、更有活力、更健康、更长寿，是人类高品质生活的综合呈现，是医学金字塔顶尖的一颗明珠，他的很多理念得到了业界广泛认同。2000年赴法国学习整形美容，随后游历欧美日韩各国学习交流。在微创美容（注射美容和线雕、光纤和射频等溶脂、微创手术）领域深入研究，目前已培训近万名整形美容从业人员。
自2017年于上海主办中国医疗美容大会（美国Society News三个版面报道），后改名“东方整形美容艺术大会（OAPAC）”，目前已成功举办6届并担任主席，其中2022年会议线上线下融合，观看达128万余人次，创行业世界观会记录。
引进国际排名第一的Aesthetic Surgery Journal（ASJ），创办ASJ中文版并担任主编。每年多次应邀出席国际整形美容医学大会的主持和演讲。
He presided over 2 international cooperative projects and 6 GCP clinical trial projects, participated in 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and presided over 1 project of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission. The research group has more than 2.0 million research funds. He has published more than 30 academic papers, edited 4 monographs in chief, 2 deputy editors, and participated in the editing and translation of 2 English works. Currently, He has supervised one postdoctoral student, three doctoral students, and three master's students.
Committed to international academic exchange in the field of plastic surgery and beauty, we are well-known experts in the field of international plastic surgery and beauty. The editor in chief of the trilogy "Eastern Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Medicine" proposes the concept of "overall design and construction of human aesthetic image", and vividly summarizes the "Future" aesthetic design and operation methods of facial beauty, as well as five minimally invasive beauty methods of "addition, reduction, tightening, brightening, and bouncing". In 2000, I went to France to study plastic surgery and beauty, and then traveled to Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea to learn and exchange ideas. In the field of minimally invasive cosmetology (injection cosmetology and line carving, fiber optic and radio frequency lipolysis, minimally invasive procedure), in-depth research has been carried out, and nearly 10000 plastic and aesthetic practitioners have been trained.
Since 2017, China Aesthetic medicine Conference was held in Shanghai (reported in three pages of American Society News), which was renamed "Oriental Plastic and Cosmetic Arts Conference (OAPAC)". At present, it has successfully held six sessions and served as the chairman. In 2022, the conference will be integrated online and offline, with more than 1.28 million people viewing, setting the industry world view conference record.
Introduce the Aesthetic Surgery Journal (ASJ), which ranks first internationally, establish the Chinese version of ASJ and serve as the editor in chief. Invited to host and deliver speeches at international conferences on plastic and cosmetic medicine multiple times a year.
