陈嘉瑜，教授，博士生导师，同济大学研究生院副院长，国家级青年人才项目获得者，全国黄大年式教师团队骨干，同济大学学生心目中的好导师。陈嘉瑜聚焦早期胚胎发育中的转录组、DNA修饰及染色质高级结构的动态变化及相互关联，提出了细胞命运调控的新机制或重要因子的新型作用方式，研究成果发表于Nature等国际知名学术期刊，获国家自然科学奖二等奖（2020）、教育部自然科学奖一等奖（2019）和北京市自然科学奖一等奖（2022）。

Chen Jiayu is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Tongji University. He is a recipient of the National Young Talent Program, a core member of the National Huang Danian-style Teacher Team, and a beloved tutor among Tongji University students.

Chen’s research focuses on the dynamic changes and interactions of the transcriptome, DNA modifications, histone modifications, and high-order chromatin structures during germ cell and early embryonic development. He has proposed novel mechanisms for cell fate regulation and innovative modes of action of key factors. His research findings have been published in internationally renowned academic journals including Nature, Cell Stem Cell, and Developmental Cell. He has been honored with the Second Class National Natural Science Award (2020), the First Class Natural Science Award of the Ministry of Education (2019), and the First Class Beijing Municipal Natural Science Award (2022).
