Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Journal of Hematology & Oncology等国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,累计影响因子超过350分。
Professor Wu Sufang has led and initiated multiple clinical research projects, spearheading translational clinical studies such as "Targeting LSD1 in Combination with PD-L1 Inhibitors for Cervical Cancer Treatment." As a key investigator in national major R&D programs, she is committed to developing cervical cancer screening strategies tailored for the Chinese population and establishing a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment system for fertility preservation in endometrial cancer patients.
She has also long been dedicated to basic and translational research in gynecological tumors, achieving systematic and innovative results, particularly in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and precision therapy. Her work has not only deepened the understanding of the molecular network underlying cervical cancer development but also identified LSD1 as a highly promising therapeutic target.
To date, she has secured 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 8 provincial/ministerial-level grants, 5 teaching research projects, and holds 2 national invention patents. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 50 SCI papers in top-tier international journals such as Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy and Journal of Hematology & Oncology, with a cumulative impact factor exceeded 350. Her research findings have been widely cited and have significantly advanced the understanding of the tumor microenvironment, metabolic reprogramming, and immune regulation in cervical cancer.
