主持包括国家自然科学基金、上海市科委、局级课题、横向课题等十余项。发表包括SCI在内的专业学术论文二十余篇。近三年主要研究项目如下:
1.YTHDF2通过m6A-RNA 甲基化调控hsa_circ_007537 抑制卵巢癌增殖、侵袭和化疗耐药机制研究,港澳台合作项目;
2.基于人工智能机器学习算法的ART子代出生体重危险因素的诊疗一体化研究,医工交叉项目;
3.生育力下降患者配子低温保存技术优化及推广策略,医工交叉项目。
Main projects:National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Bureau-level projects, and Horizontal projects. More than twenty professional academic papers, including SCI, have been published. The main research projects in recent years are as follows:
1.Research on the Mechanism of YTHDF2 Regulating hsa_circ_007537 through m6A-RNA methylation to inhibit Proliferation, Invasion and Chemotherapy Resistance of Ovarian Cancer, a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cooperation project;
2.Research on the integrated diagnosis and treatment of Risk Factors for Birth Weight of ART Offspring Based on Artificial Intelligence machine Learning Algorithms, a medical-engineering cross-disciplinary project;
3.Optimization and Promotion Strategies for gametes cryopreservation technology in Patients with Declining Fertility, an interdisciplinary project between medicine and engineering.
