博士毕业于荷兰阿姆斯特丹自由大学,遗传学专业。发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者文章12篇(中科院1区5篇)。合著英文专著1本。作为项目负责人主持科研项目4项,包括国家自然科学基金项目1项,上海市母胎重点实验室开放课题1项和校局级项目2项。曾在德国分子知名分子生物实验室Centogene担任管理及研发工作,参与构建了全球150万人的遗传基因数据库。长期从事第二代测序及分子诊断,分析了超过5000例的遗传罕见病基因测序数据。首次解析了环境微塑料污染对于胎盘及胎儿的毒性分子机制,成果表与环境健康领域中科院1区Journal of Hazardous Materials(IF=13.6)、Science of The Total Environment(IF=9.8)等杂志上。近年来,一直专注于妇科肿瘤基因检测,及相关技术的更新迭代。开创性的将RNA测序运用于临床卵巢癌同源重组修复缺陷(HRD)评估,申请相关发明专利1项,获得相关软件著作权两项。在肿瘤基因遗传咨询方面拥有扎实的理论知识及丰富的实践经验。同时,发现了纳米塑料可通过改变肿瘤生长微环境促进卵巢癌生长,并初步揭示了其中的分子机制,成果发表于中科院1区Journal of Hazardous Materials(IF=13.6)、 Science of The Total Environment(IF=9.8)等TOP期刊上。
Ph.D. study graduated from the Amsterdam Free University, the Netherlands, with a major in genetics. In total, published more than 20 SCI papers, including 12 articles as the first author/corresponding author (5 articles in the first zone of the Chinese Academy of Sciences). Has co-authored 1 English monograph. As the project leader, he has presided over 4 scientific research projects, including 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, 1 open project of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Maternal and Fetal Research, and 2 school-level projects. Has worked in management and R&D at Centogene (Berlin,Germany), a well-known molecular biology laboratory in Germany, and participated in the construction of a genetic database of 1.5 million people worldwide. Has been engaged in second-generation sequencing and molecular diagnosis for a long time, and has analyzed more than 5,000 genetic sequencing data of rare genetic diseases. For the first time, analyzed the molecular mechanism of toxicity of environmental microplastic pollution to the placenta and fetus, and the results were published in journals such as the Journal of Hazardous Materials (IF=13.6) and Science of The Total Environment (IF=9.8) in the field of environmental health of the first zone of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In recent years, he has been focusing on genetic testing of gynecological tumors and the updating and iteration of related technologies. Pioneered applied RNA sequencing in the evaluation of homologous recombination repair deficiency (HRD) in clinical ovarian cancer, applied for one related invention patent, and obtained two related software copyrights. Has solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in tumor gene genetic counseling. At the same time, he found that nanoplastics can promote the growth of ovarian cancer by changing the tumor growth microenvironment, and preliminarily revealed the molecular mechanism. The results were published in TOP journals such as Journal of Hazardous Materials (IF=13.6) and Science of The Total Environment (IF=9.8) in Zone 1 of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
