同济大学附属第十人民医院眼科行政主任、主任医师、博士生导师。复旦大学眼科学博士,曾任复旦大学副教授、硕导及复旦附属眼耳鼻喉科医院复杂白内障诊治中心负责人。获上海市卫健委银蛇奖提名、上海市医学会“青年菁英”、上海市优秀青年医师、教育部博士研究生学术新人奖、上海市科技进步二等奖,入选上海青年医师培养资助计划、复旦大学青年临床科学家培养计划。
专业聚焦复杂白内障及晶状体疾病的精准诊疗、白内障与神经退行性疾病的交叉发病机制探索、眼病相关的遗传、分子机制与前沿疗法探索、医工交叉与人工智能在眼科的应用。主持各类项目及人才计划12项,经费219.7万元,含国家自然科学基金项目1项、省部级课题4项等。第一/通讯作者发表论文35篇(SCI论文25篇),其中JCR 1区15篇、中科院顶刊5篇,被引519次。临床研究4次发表于中科院一区期刊、美国眼科学顶刊《Am J Ophthalmol》等;基础研究成果发表于《Free Radic Biol Med》等中科院TOP期刊。
主导构建基于同济大学眼科研究所与视觉复明中心的医工交叉研究平台,并于2025年牵头启动 “面向小眼球人工晶状体位置预估的AI建模” 项目、“基于先天性小眼球队列的白内障手术体系优化”项目、及“眼球白内障手术方式和人工晶状体计算的优化策略研究”项目等,利用人工智能、数字孪生等技术,推动眼科诊疗向智能化、精准化发展。
副主译论著1部,参编论著9部(含1部英文论著)。受邀在国际权威学术大会发言7次,全国性会议发言20余次,并获得亚太白内障屈光学会(APACRS)优秀论文奖。担任多个国家级专业学会委员,并作为多个JCR Q1区SCI期刊审稿人,积极推动学术交流。
Chief Physician and Doctoral Supervisor, serving as Administrative Director of Ophthalmology at Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital, Tongji University. Earned an MD in Ophthalmology from Fudan University and previously held positions as Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Fudan University, where he also served as Director of the Complex Cataract Diagnosis and Treatment Center at Fudan University Eye & ENT Hospital. Recognized with multiple honors including the Shanghai Health Commission Silver Snake Award Nomination, Shanghai Medical Association "Young Elite" award, Shanghai Outstanding Young Physician award, Ministry of Education Doctoral Academic Newcomer Award, and Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Second Prize. Selected for the Shanghai Young Physician Training Program and Fudan University Young Clinical Scientist Program.
Research focuses on precision diagnosis and treatment of complex cataracts and lens diseases, investigation of intersecting pathogenesis between cataracts and neurodegenerative diseases, exploration of genetic and molecular mechanisms in ocular diseases with advanced therapies, and application of medical-engineering integration and artificial intelligence in ophthalmology. Has led 12 research projects and talent programs with total funding of 2.197 million RMB, including one National Natural Science Foundation project and four provincial/ministerial-level projects. Published 35 papers as first/corresponding author (25 SCI-indexed papers), including 15 JCR Q1 papers and 5 Chinese Academy of Sciences top-journal publications, with 519 citations. Clinical research has been published four times in CAS Zone 1 journals and the American Journal of Ophthalmology; basic research findings have appeared in top journals including Free Radical Biology and Medicine.
Established an interdisciplinary medical-engineering research platform based on Tongji University’s Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Rehabilitation Center. Set to initiate several pioneering projects in 2025 including "AI Modeling for IOL Position Prediction in Microphthalmos," "Optimization of Cataract Surgery System Based on Congenital Microphthalmos Cohort," and "Research on Optimization Strategies for Ocular Cataract Surgery Methods and IOL Calculation," leveraging artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies to advance intelligent and precise ophthalmic diagnosis and treatment.
Served as deputy translator for one medical treatise and contributed to nine professional publications (including one English monograph). Delivered seven invited presentations at international authoritative academic conferences and over 20 presentations at national conferences, receiving the APACRS Outstanding Paper Award. Maintains committee memberships in several national professional societies and serves as peer reviewer for multiple SCI journals (JCR Q1), actively promoting academic exchange.
