近年主持上海市科委自然科学基金、科技发展基金各1项，卫生局面上项目2项，同济大学教学改革研究与建设项目1项，主要参与多项国家自然科学基金等项目；授权发明专利1项（第2），实用新型专利 5项（2项第1）；参编教材及专著；在国内外专业性学术期刊上发表SCI及中华系列杂志等学术论文30余篇。

两次获医务职工科技创新“星光计划”优秀项目二等奖及上海市优秀发明选拔赛铜奖等奖项。获2016年全国高校医学类微课教学比赛制作奖；中华医学会第八届教育技术成果二等奖；2016同济大学医学院微课比赛一等奖；同济大学医学院中青年教师讲课比赛二等奖；同济医院第七届“金教鞭杯”教学比赛教学、教案书写、PPT制作等三项一等奖；同济大学临床二系“第三届临床实习教学研讨会”优秀论文奖；同济医院青年医师病史比赛二等奖。获首届同济大学医学院泰禾卓越医学教育奖；授予同济医院“十佳青年”、“学习型个人”、“季明星”、“优秀教师”等称号。

指导学生获首届“上海市医学院校大学生创新实践论坛”最佳优秀设计奖；获第三届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛二等奖，入驻同济大学创业谷，成功立项上海市大学生创新活动计划项目，申报第七届“赛复创智杯”上海市青少年科技创意设计评选活动；获同济医院“青稞节”三等奖。担任上海市住院医师规范化培养出站考试考官，培养上海市优秀住院规培医师2名，同济医院优秀住院规培医师1名。

Xu wei hosted one shanghai natural science fund project , one Science Advancement Foundation, two surface projects of health bureau , one Tongji university educational innovation research and construction project, and participated in several national natural science foundation projects. Second inventor of an authorized Invention patent, she also obtained five utility model patents , in which 2 items I was the first inventor. she has published about 30 papers which have been included by Science Citation Index and zhonghua series and co-edited monograph and teaching materials.

As a researcher, she won second prize in the Starlight Program and third prize in the excellent invention trials. As a teacher, she awarded production award in national college medical teaching competition in 2016, second prize in the 8th Chinese Medical Association educational achievement, first prize in teaching competition of Tongji University School of Medicine in 2016, second prize in the young college teachers competition, first prize in the 7th gold pointer competition of Tongji hospital, best paper award in the 3th clinical professional seminars of Tongji hospital, second prize in young physician history competition of Tongji hospital. The first Taihe excellent medical education award of Tongji University Medical College. Besides, she was awarded several titles ,such as “Tongji hospital Top Ten Youth”,” learning individuals”, ”season star”,” excellent teacher”.

Her students won best design award at the first shanghai medical school innovation and practice forums, second prize in the third China College Students “Internet Plus” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, third prize at “highland barley” thesis competition of Tongji hospital. Through my guidance, some of them hosted shanghai College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and participated in the 7th scientific and creative design selection. As a examiner of shanghai normative training on intern physician final examination, one of her students awarded excellent resident doctor of Tongji hospital and two of them became shanghai excellent resident doctor.
