近年科研主攻方向是增生性糖尿病视网膜病变和年龄相关性黄斑变性的发病机制研究，以第一负责人承担国家自然科学基金1项，教育部高等学校博士点专项科研基金基金1项，上海市卫计委科研基金1项，同济大学青年优秀人才培养行动计划1项，以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇，中文统计源核心期刊论文3篇。
Research work is focused on basic research of Age-related Macular Degeneration and Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy supported by four projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Specialized Research Fund for the Doctoral Program of Higher Education , the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai, Outstanding Youths Program of Shanghai Tongji University. As the first author published 5 papers in science citation index and 3 articles in scientific & technical information institute of China.
