眼科学博士；同济大学医学院副教授、博士研究生导师。现任同济大学附属同济医院人力资源处处长兼临床研究中心主任；同济大学附属同济医院研究员，眼科副主任医师。上海市医学会眼科分会眼底病学组委员、中国医药生物技术协会临床研究专委会委员、上海研究型医院学会临床研究伦理分会副主任委员、上海市医院协会临床研究管理分会委员兼成果转化学组副组长。上海市科委、卫健委科技评审专家；Front. Aging Neurosci，Frontiers in Endocrinology等杂志审稿人。

Doctor of Ophthalmology; Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Tongji University School of Medicine. Director of Clinical Research Unit, Tongji Hospital of Tongji University; Member of the Fundus disease Group, Ophthalmology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association；Expert in Science and Technology Evaluation of Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Health Commission; Reviewer for journals such as Frontier Aging Neurosci and Frontiers in Endocrinology.

主持包括国家自然科学基金在内的科研项目10余项；以第一/通讯作者发表SCI及中华核心期刊论文30余篇；常务编委参编著作1部；授权实用新型专利8项，软件著作权7项；主持国家市级继续医学教育项目1项。上海市“星光计划”一等奖获得者，中国医院管理奖科技创新组银奖获者。参与获中国医药教育协会科学技术进步奖三等奖、上海市优秀发明选拔赛优秀创新铜奖、同济大学教学成果奖一等奖。

Presided as principal investigator over 10 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China; Published over 30 SCI and Chinese core journal papers as the first/corresponding author; One book co authored by the executive editorial board; Authorized 8 utility model patents and 7 software copyrights.
