主要从事肺部肿瘤的精准放疗和以放疗为主的多学科综合治疗。在国内，较早开展了早期肺癌的体部立体定向放射治疗（SBRT）及局部晚期肺癌以放疗为主的多学科综合治疗（包括放疗与化疗、放疗与靶向、放疗与免疫等）的临床研究。发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI论文40余篇。多次在WCLC、ASCO、ASTRO、ESMO、ISDE等国际学术大会上作学术交流，其中口头报告及壁报交流40余次。主编、副主编专著3部《胸部肿瘤放射治疗策略》、《胸部肿瘤放射治疗精要与临床实践》、《食管癌多学科综合治疗》,主译专著4部《肿瘤放疗最新进展—IMRT、IGRT、SBRT》、《放射治疗计划策略》、《肿瘤再程放疗》、《肺癌图像引导放射治疗原理与实践》。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，省部级、校局级等科研课题10余项，上海市肺科医院院级临床研究重点项目1项。牵头或作为分中心PI参加多中心临床研究20余项。科研成果参与或为首获国家科技进步奖、教育部科技奖、中国抗癌协会科技奖、省科技进步奖和省自然科学学术奖等各类奖项10余项。
She is mainly engaged in diagnosis of lung tumors, precision radiotherapy and multi-disciplinary treatment based on radiotherapy. In China, she carried out early the clinical implementation of stereotactic radiotherapy (SBRT) for early stage lung cancer and multidisciplinary treatment (including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeting, radiotherapy and immunization, etc.) for locally advanced lung cancer. She has published more than 100 academic papers, including more than 40 SCI papers. She has held many academic exchanges at international academic conferences such as WCLC, ASCO, ASTRO, ESMO, and ISDE, including oral reports and poster presentations which are more than 40. The editor-in-chief or deputy editor-in-chief of "Thoracic Radiation Oncology Management Decisions", "Mastery and clinical practice of radiotherapy for thoracic tumors ", " Multidisciplinary treatment of esophageal cancer ", the main translator of "Re-Irradiation: New Frontiers", "IMRT·IGRT·SBRT Advances in the Treatment Planning and Delivery of Radiotherapy"，“Principles and Practice of Image-Guided Radiation Therapy of Lung Cancer”. She has hosted 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 10 other scientific research projects such as provincial level and 1 key clinical research project of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. She has participated in more than 20 multi-center clinical researches as a sub-center PI. She participated or hosted in more than 10 awards such as National Science and Technology Progress Award, Science and Technology Achievement of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Achievement of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, Province Science and Technology Progress Award, Province Natural Science Academic Award and so on.
