1.主要以肿瘤干细胞自我更新核心特性为切入点，探讨肿瘤干细胞自我更新及其在肿瘤发生和转移中的作用机制，为肿瘤的临床肿瘤干细胞靶向治疗与个体化治疗提供理论支撑。2.采用二代测序,蛋白质组等组学技术研究妇科肿瘤分子分型，探索妇科肿瘤个体化治疗策略。相关研究成果在Gastroenterology、Journal of Hepatology、Clinical cancer research、Advanced Science 等期刊发表SCI论文7篇。累计主持省部级以上项目4项，获国家授权专利4项；上海市科技进步一等奖1项（2017）。上海市“青年科技启明星”（2019）。
Dr.Liu focus on investigating the underlying mechanism of the phenotype heterogeneity of CSCs and how CSCs promote tumor metastasis and also on investigating the subgroup of gynecological tumors with different molecular characters via omic-strategy such as Next generation sequencing, proteomic analysis for individualized diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumors. To date, Dr.Liu has been published 7 papers in the high-profile international academic journals including GASTROENTEROLOGY、ADV SCI、J HEPATOL.
