丛培林，医学博士，现任同济大学高研院副研究员，同济大学附属上海市第四人民医院主治医师。长期从事老年患者围术期脑健康的临床及基础研究，先后在上海市麻醉与脑功能调控重点实验室熊利泽教授团队、日本中部国际医疗中心Hiroki Iida教授团队等开展研究学习工作。以第一及通讯（含共同）在Advanced Science、British Journal of Anaethesia、Aging Cell等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文12篇；主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）、中国博士后科学基金会面上项目，参与我国麻醉学首个国家自然科学基金重大项目。任Translational Psychiatry、Anesthesiology and Perioperative Science、Brain Research Bulletin等期刊审稿人。
Peilin Cong, is an Associate Research Fellow at Tongji University and an Attending Anesthesiologist at Shanghai Fourth People’s Hospital. His work centers on perioperative brain health in older adults, integrating clinical research with mechanistic studies. He trained with Prof. Lize Xiong at the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Anesthesiology and Brain Functional Modulation and with Prof. Hiroki Iida at the Central Japan International Medical Center. Dr. Cong has published 12 first-/corresponding-author papers in journals such as Advanced Science, British Journal of Anaesthesia, and Aging Cell. He leads projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program) and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and contributes to China’s first major NSFC project in anesthesiology. He also serves as a reviewer for Translational Psychiatry, Anesthesiology and Perioperative Science, and Brain Research Bulletin.
