在脑保护研究中,首次发现并报道高压氧、吸入麻醉药、针刺麻醉等可模拟缺血预处理效果,诱导显著神经保护作用,并实现部分临床转化。提出了中国麻醉学发展方向应为围术期医学,以第一完成人获得国家科技进步一等奖、陕西省科学技术一等奖3项等奖项。获973、国家科技重大专项基金、国家自然科学基金重点基金、杰出青年基金等23项基金,发表SCI论著279篇(附代表性论文)。
In brain protection research, we firstly found and reported that hyperbaric oxygenation, inhalational anesthetics and acupuncture could mimic the ischemic preconditioning to induce obvious neuroprotection. Some innovations have been translated into clinical application. I proposed at the first time that the development direction of anesthesiology is perioperative medicine. My team (I am the first winner) got the first grade award for national scientific and technological achievement. Our research also got 3 first-grade awards for Shaanxi Provincial achievement of science and technology. I have got 23 research grants including the national basic research program of China (973 project), the national outstanding young scholars foundation, the key project of the national natural science foundation of China, et al. I have published 279 peer-reviewed SCI papers (the representative papers are attached).
