刘志强，医学博士，主任医师，教授，博士研究生导师，上海市优秀学术带头人。现任同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院麻醉科主任，同济大学医学院麻醉与围术期医学系常务副主任。以第一或通讯作者发表 SCI 论文50余篇，核心期刊论文60余篇；主编专著3部、副主编专著5部，以执笔人或编写组成员身份参与制订多部国内临床指南及专家共识；主持及完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委、上海市卫生健康委等课题18项。第一完成人获得上海医学科技进步奖三等奖（2019年），上海科普教育创新奖科普贡献奖（个人）二等奖（2021年），入选上海市科委优秀学术带头人计划（2022 年）。
Zhiqiang Liu, Doctor of Medicine, chief physician, professor, doctoral supervisor, and outstanding academic leader in Shanghai. Director of the Department of Anesthesiology, Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital affiliated to Tongji University, Executive Deputy Director of the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine of Tongji University School of Medicine. He published more than 50 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author and more than 60 papers in core journals, edited 3 monographs as chief editor and 5 monographs as deputy editor, participated as a writer or member of the writing group in the formulation of several clinical guidelines and expert consensus, hosted and undertook 18 projects such as National Natural Science Foundation Project, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and Shanghai Health Commission, won the third prize for Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award as the first completer (2019), the second prize for popular science contribution (individual) in Shanghai Science Popularization Education Innovation Award (2021), and selected for the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission’s Outstanding Academic Leader Program (2022).
