围绕老年危重患者麻醉与围术期管理及脑保护开展新技术11项，在多家医院推广，先后获得上海市优秀学术带头人（2023年）、上海市青年拔尖人才（2022年）、第十八届银蛇奖三等奖（2021年）、上海市“医苑新星”杰出青年医学人才（2024年）、“中国好医生”（2024年）、首届“上海好医生”（2023年）、上海市卫生健康系统首届恒杰专项技术扶植项目二等奖（2024年）、“人民好医生科普专家”（2024年）和虹口领军人才（2025年）等人才项目及荣誉。国内率先提出的“老年患者麻醉与围术期全流程管理新模式”，获2023年上海市医院协会优秀案例。近年来主持国家自然科学基金等省部级以上课题7项，总科研经费近700万元，发表论文70篇，其中SCI论文60篇，其中通讯/第一作者47篇，包括最后通讯作者33篇，共通讯作者9篇，第一作者3篇，共一作者2篇（其中JCR 1区34篇，2区12篇，发表在麻醉材料及化学领域顶刊Br J Anaesth(2021, IF:11.7)、Bioact Mater(2025, IF:20.3)、Adv Funct Mater(2025, IF:19)、Matter(2025, IF:17.5)、 Angew Chem Int Ed (2023, IF:16.6)、Nano Res (2022,IF:9.9)、VIEW (2023,IF:9.8)、J. Eleven innovative technologies have been developed in the fields of anesthesia, perioperative management, and brain protection for critically ill elderly patients. These technologies have been implemented and promoted across multiple hospitals. The research efforts have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including: Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader (2023), Shanghai Outstanding Young Talent (2022), Third Prize of the 18th Silver Snake Award (2021), Shanghai "Medical Rising Star" Outstanding Young Medical Talent (2024), "China's Good Doctors" (2024), the inaugural "Shanghai's Good Doctors" (2023), Second Prize of the First Hengjie Special Technical Support Project of Shanghai Health System (2024), "People's Good Doctors Science Popularization Expert" (2024), and Hongkou Leading Talent (2025). The "New Model for the Whole-Process Management of Anesthesia and the Perioperative Period for Elderly Patients," pioneered in China, was recognized as an Outstanding Case by the Shanghai Hospital Association in 2023.
In recent years, I have presided over 7 provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, with a total research funding of nearly 7 million yuan. I have published 70 papers, including 60 SCI papers, of which 47 are corresponding/first author papers (including 33 as the final corresponding author, totaling 9 corresponding author papers), 3 are first author papers, and 2 are first author papers (34 in JCR Q1 and 12 in JCR Q2). These papers have been published in top journals in the field of anesthetic materials and chemistry, such as: Br J Anaesth (2021, IF: 11.7), Bioact Mater (2025, IF: 20.3), Adv Funct Mater (2025, IF: 19), Matter (2025, IF: 17.5), Angew Chem Int Ed (2023, IF: 16.6), Nano Res (2022, IF: 9.9), VIEW (2023, IF: 9.8), J Colloid Interface Sci (2025, IF: 9.7), Sci China Life Sci (2025, IF: 9.5), and Nano Lett (2024, IF: 9.1). The highest impact factor for a single paper is 20.3, with one paper above IF 20, four papers between IF 10–20, and five between IF 9–10. The cumulative impact factor totals 279.199. I hold one authorized invention patent, five utility model patents, and have five invention patents currently pending. I have also contributed as a co-author to four expert consensus documents. As a key member of China’s first major NSFC project in the field of anesthesiology, I have led a team honored with awards such as the "National Advanced Collective of the Health System" (2024) and "Shanghai Workers' Pioneer" (2023).
