哈佛医学院附属麻省总院访问学者,同济大学附属上海市第四人民医院麻醉与围术期医学科主任(国家临床重点专科、全国卫生健康系统优秀集体),上海市优秀学术带头人(青年),上海市东方英才(青年)、“中国好医生”、首届“上海好医生”、上海市“银蛇奖”三等奖。主要研究方向是老年麻醉与围术期管理和脑保护,主持国家自然科学基金等项目18项,参与国自然重大项目、国自然国际合作重点项目等6项,主持科研总经费496.5万元。以通讯/第一作者在国际知名期刊BJA,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed等发表SCI论文34篇(其中JCR 1区21篇,JCR 2区10篇,单篇最高IF 16.6,总IF 179.999),授权发明专利1项、实用新型专利5项。Anesthesiology and Perioperative Science学术编委、教育部学位论文评审专家。获得同济大学医学院优秀教师,培养博士后/博硕士研究生21人次,其中1人获得上海市优秀毕业生。
