拥有临床医学、基础医学、生物医用材料和器官芯片多领域学习和交叉研究经验,曾赴美国Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital从事类器官及芯片研究。致力于神经科学临床转化研究及脑疾病发生机制与诊疗研究方向,从分子生物学角度剖析脑疾病治疗靶点,基于神经干细胞分化调控和生物医用材料精准释控药物开发新技术,探索脑保护和脑疾病治疗策略,并推动创新技术转化。主持包括国自然面上、青年、上海市浦江人才等国家级和省部级项目共14项,发表SCI论文36篇(Biomaterials、AMI、BDM、3D Print Addit Manuf等)。已授权发明专利4项,实用新型专利2项;已申请发明专利20项,实用新型专利3项,外观专利1项,专利转化实现1000万元。获上海市科技进步一等奖(2023年度)和全军科技进步二等奖(2017年度)各一项。
Have interdisciplinary learning and research experience in clinical medicine, basic medicine, biomedical materials, and organ-on-a-chip. Once conducted research on organoids and organ-on-a-chip at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women's Hospital in the United States. Researches focus on clinical translational research in neuroscience, as well as the mechanisms, diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases. It analyzes therapeutic targets for brain diseases from the perspective of molecular biology, develops new technologies based on the regulatory differentiation of neural stem cells and the precise controlled release of drugs via biomedical materials, explores strategies for brain protection and brain disease treatment, and promotes the translation of innovative technologies. Presided over a total of 14 national and provincial-level projects, including the General Program、Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)、and Shanghai Pujiang Talent. Published 36 SCI-indexed papers in journals such as Biomaterials, Advanced Materials Interfaces (AMI), Biomedical Materials (BDM), and 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing. Hold 4 authorized invention patents and 2 utility model patents; 20 invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and 1 design patent are currently pending. The transformation of these patents has achieved a value of 10 million yuan (RMB). Won one First Prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (2023) and one Second Prize of Military Science and Technology Progress Award (2017).
