在大型三甲综合医院麻醉学领域从业25年,现任同济大学附属东方医院麻醉科主任、麻醉教研室主任、麻醉基地主任。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,上海市浦江人才资助课题、上海市自然科学基金面上项目等在内的省部级及其他项目12项。目前在研经费超过200万。累计发表中英文论著50余篇,参编专著8部。入选上海市浦江人才计划、上海市浦东新区明珠领军人才计划、上海交通大学优秀教师出国进修计划等在内的人才计划5项;获得上海市住院医师规范化培训优秀带教老师、上海交通大学附属第一人民医院卓越医师、优秀青年医师、同济大学附属东方医院东方人物等荣誉称号。 2009年起先后受聘为上海交通大学硕士生导师、上海交通大学博士生导师、同济大学博士生导师、博士后合作导师及同济大学教授。培养研究生19人,多人获得上海交通大学杨帆计划、国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目、上海市优秀毕业生、上海交通大学优秀毕业生称号。长期聚焦麻醉与脑功能调控研究,围绕“围术期神经功能保护、认知功能障碍”开展基础和临床研究。
