长期致力于复杂创面修复与皮肤软组织肿瘤的综合诊疗研究,形成了基础研究与临床转化相结合的工作体系。在基础研究方面,聚焦中国人高发的肢端型黑色素瘤,系统解析其发生发展的分子机制,相关成果发表在Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B等专业期刊。在临床转化方面,积极开展医工交叉合作,研发用于智能医疗器械及新型组织工程材料,致力于解决临床实际需求。先后承担上海市自然科学基金、上海市科技创新行动计划科普专项等科研项目。目前已发表SCI论文10余篇,获授权专利7项,涵盖黑色素瘤机制研究、创面修复新技术及手术器械改进等多个方向。同时担任中华医学会整形外科学分会学组委员等职务,积极参与学科建设与学术交流。
He has long been dedicated to the comprehensive management of complex wound repair and skin/soft tissue tumors, establishing a research system that integrates basic science with clinical translation. In basic research, his work focuses on acral melanoma, which is highly prevalent in the Chinese population, systematically investigating its molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis and progression. Findings from this work have been published in professional journals such as the Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research and Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B. In translational research, he actively engages in interdisciplinary collaborations to develop intelligent medical devices and novel tissue engineering materials, aiming to address unmet clinical needs.
He has been the principal investigator of several competitive research projects, including the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation and the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan Popular Science Special Project. To date, he has authored over 10 SCI-indexed papers and holds 7 authorized patents, covering areas such as melanoma mechanisms, innovative wound healing technologies, and surgical instrument improvements.
In addition to his research activities, he contributes to the academic community as a Committee Member of the Plastic Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association, actively participating in disciplinary development and scholarly exchange.
