近年来承担了国家十一、二五863重大专项“癌症基因组学研究”胰腺癌课题—“胰腺癌样本收集与基因组学研究”项目；获批上海市卫生计生系统重要薄弱学科建设计划;主持了上海市自然基金“RHOT1抑制胰腺癌侵袭转移的作用与机制”；上海市卫生局课题项目“TNFSF9与RHOT1蛋白在糖尿病相关胰腺癌表达的研究”；浦东新区卫生系统重点学科群“胰腺癌早期诊断标记物的临床研究”；领先人才计划附带课题“RhoT1基因抑制胰腺癌侵袭转移的作用与机制”；浦东新区科委科技发展基金创新资金资助的项目：“胰腺癌早期诊断标记物的临床研究”等。
近年来共发表论文50余篇，SCI收录15篇。副主编消化内科学双语手册一部，参编著作近10部。获国家发明专利1项，获浦东新区科技进步二等奖两项。
