The research focuses the effects of cell molecule mechanism regulated by neuroplasticity(LTP,LTD), the pattern and timing of different neuron clusters firing on in neural network(gamma, theta oscillation), and the cross-correlation of neural network’s oscillation on the cognitive and cognitive impairment, including the use of genetically modified animal models for behavioral studies, as well as mechanisms for the use of isolated and integrated electrophysiology, morphology, and biochemistry.( Neuroplasticity is an important mechanism of study and memory, and activities of neuronal circuit participated in information coding and integration of different neuron clusters, which is the neural basis of brain cognitive function. So the defects of neuronal circuit and neuroplasticity would cause the disease of cognitive memory dysfunction.)
