主要从事生物信息学与表观遗传学的研究。利用生物信息学策略和分子遗传学技术研究心肌细胞定向分化的表观遗传调节机制和心脏病相关基因的识别;基于生物大数据的复杂疾病的生物标志物识别、分子分型及网络构建。发表论文70余篇,专利5项
