许可，2020年"海外高层次人才计划"青年项目，上海市“扬帆计划”入选者，2021年上海市“海外高层次人才计划”入选者。同济大学医学院教授，上海市第四人民医院双聘教授，博士生导师。在复旦大学获得生物科学学士学位，中国科学院上海生命科学研究院获得博士学位。之后在美国纽约哥伦比亚大学进行博士后的研究。在博士工作期间，主要进行能量耦合因子转运蛋白的结构生物学研究,解析了第一个能量耦合因子型转运蛋白的结构并提出其独特的底物转运及能量偶联的机制。在博士后工作期间，主要从事组蛋白表观修饰、RNA修饰及剪切相关的结构与功能研究。以第一或通讯作者在国际顶尖学术期刊Nature、eLife、JMC等发表文章多篇。曾获得获得中科院最高荣誉奖励：中国科学院三好学生标兵，中国科学院院长特别奖；及优秀博士生国家奖学金。入选第64届德国林岛诺贝尔奖得主大会中国博士代表团（30人），赴德国进行学术交流。 2021年，获得广东省科学技术奖自然科学二等奖。获得国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委、卫健委多项基金资助。
